Sierra Crave, Colombia

The Origin Story

The Producer

Sierra Crave is grown by smallholder farmers around Medellín, Colombia’s second largest city and a hub of the nation’s coffee industry. Families here have cultivated coffee on hillside plots for generations.

The Land

Nestled in the Andes at elevations around 1,500 meters, Medellín’s farms benefit from consistent rainfall and fertile soils. The mountainous terrain produces supremo grade beans known for their uniformity and sweetness.

The Craft

Fully washed processing and community led cooperatives ensure quality and traceability. Colombian coffee federations support these farmers with infrastructure, training, and global market access.
