Shipping policy

Fast, Fresh, Reliable
We aim to deliver all coffee orders within 2 business days.

Coffee Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48® or DPD Tracked for all coffee orders under 2.5kg. We use DPD UK for all orders over 2.5kg. We charge a £2.95 delivery fee on all orders.

Equipment Delivery
Equipment items will be shipped directly from our equipment partner. Any coffee items in the same order will be dispatched from our roastery. As a result, larger orders may arrive in separate parcels on different days. If you have any questions about shipping or need assistance with a split delivery, please get in touch via our contact page, and we’ll be happy to help. We charge a £2.95 delivery fee on all equipment and coffee orders.

Working Days
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after hours or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Missed Delivery
We are not responsible for missed or missing deliveries due to incorrect addresses or if you’re unavailable to receive the parcel. In such cases, it’s your responsibility to follow up with the delivery provider or arrange redelivery.
